This is where we begin your journey for Better Vision at your Work Space.

Relaxation:  Breathing and Blinking consciously are Step No. 1.  Relax shoulders on exhales; expand chest up and out with each inhale – this will energize your body.

Flexibility:  Just like flexing our bodies at the gym, moving our eyes keeps them flexible and soft which will reduce possibility of the lens of your eyes become stiff which can lead to cataracts.

Awareness:  Keeping your Awareness focused on each shoulder expands your peripheral vision by simply enlarging your visual field = Better Vision!

Circulation:   Realize the flow in your body after a vigorous walk?  You may not feel it, but our eyes have the same charge from natural vision improvement techniques!

Strength & Balance:  Like any great training program – once we achieve relaxed, flexible, aware with circulating energy in our eyes – we then strive to strengthen and balance our eyes to retrain them to work in concert with each other allowing greater focus on details and ability to improve vision.
