Join me for a weekly webinar training to learn how Better Vision improves your life on all levels. It is easy to learn and apply to our every day life and is fun to create new ways to see. Eyesight most often deteriorates due to life-long habits of eye strain along with physical, mental and emotional stress. Learning to relax the eyes, visual system and mind allows the eyes to focus with more clarity.

This On-Line Better Vision Master Course a course will teach you how to read easier and focus in the distance, how to expand your peripheral vision, tracking for health and sports, ergonomics for computer/handheld use, meditation to see from our core and mind, customizing workspace for maximum visual enhancement and some terrific yoga sets!

COURSE INCLUDES:  Better Vision Evaluation with Ree.  Multi-week Program with weekly calls with Ree and Your Better Vision Group; monthly Coaching Gym call; Private FB forum for support and answers; plus all course materials.

We don’t have to age our eyes! We can change our vision at any age. I did it and so can you. I can save you time and money in the process of regaining your better vision. On your own, your vision may deteriorate — in my master class you will do the work to improve your vision in this action-oriented process with evolving new habits.

I believe there are 6 basics to Natural Vision Improvement: Relaxation, Increased Circulation, Flexibility, Awareness, Balance and Strengthening. These basics share a common core with yoga and we will learn some excellent yoga sets specifically for our eyes. If we learn to apply these basics to de-stress our organs as we age, we can experience Better Vision health.

When I was enrolled in truck driving and equipment operators’ school I was required to complete a physical. During the eye test I really struggled to read the chart, but I didn’t want to go to an eye doctor. Everyone I know goes to the eye doctor and they get glasses, then a year or two later their vision gets worse and they get stronger glasses. I don’t feel like that is improving or addressing the issue properly. Sure, the glasses make that person see better but it is obvious that their vision is deteriorating over time.

I read your website about vision improvement and it really interested me. I had a few months before I started driving for a living and wanted to explore other options before going to the eye doctor.

I’m sure glad I did. Today, my vision is good. The most helpful thing you taught me was sunning. I notice a big difference if I don’t do it on a regular basis. For example, when driving at night in any semi-remote place, I might not see another automobile for a while, then all of sudden, boom, high beams in my face. Well, as a truck driver I need my eyes to be able to refocus (or recover) ASAP back onto the road. It is clearly noticeable if I have not been exercising my eyes properly. The difference between my eyes recovering instantly vs taking two or three seconds from sudden bright lights can mean life or death for me or anyone around me. Your teaching has been very helpful and I am so thankful you passed this on to me.
